Experience That Makes a Difference

All Rounder Project was founded by Abdul Sheikh , an experienced mentor with over 15 years of experience supporting vulnerable young people across education, care, and community settings.

Having worked directly with young people facing exclusion, exploitation, trauma, behavioural challenges, and disengagement from education, Abdul Sheikh established All Rounder Project to provide consistent, relationship-based support that creates meaningful and lasting change.

The organisation was built on a simple belief:

Every young person deserves access to a trusted adult who will support, challenge, and encourage them to reach their full potential.
